Better than I expected, easy to use and adjust for drawing and reading!
This reading book stand is very nicely designed and works especially well for home use. Right away, I noticed how well the soft, beanbag-style pillow base works. It allows you to set the stand on your lap at almost any angle, and it stays upright and firmly in place without sliding - which is excellent since most people will be using this on their lap or in bed without a flat surface underneath. The beanbag is also soft and comfortable to rest against you, making it pleasant to use for longer reading sessions.
I use this all the time! Convenient for reading, writing, and working on my computer in bed or on the couch. I love that the two adjustable prongs hold the pages for my books and recipes, and that they can then go down to hold my computer. The height is also adjustable and there is storage underneath, which is very convenient. This pillow book stand is very comfortable and easy to travel with. I’m so thankful I found this!
This adjustable pillow book stand is great quality and very sturdy. It holds books securely without wobbling and feels well made. This was an unexpected find in that I wasn't looking for a book holder but now that I have it, it is indispensable. it is very adjustable for comfort from many angles, is lightweight, and easy to use. The storage compartment is big enough to be useful without adding a large amount of weight to the book holder.
I bought this adjustable book stand with storage and ended up liking it more than I expected. The storage compartment is on the smaller side, but it’s still useful for keeping pens, sticky notes, or small items handy. I actually used it as a laptop stand while working on a drive, and it worked great.
I've tried a handful of bookstands, and this one is by far one of the best! The beanbag makes it so comfortable to use. The stand is rigid, so I have to shimmy one side then the other side to elevate the platform. Once it's at the right height, it stays put and does not collapse. The springs that hold the pages back is also solid. It requires no assembly! Yup, I used it right out of the box. It has weight to it but very manageable. I kept the box for easy storage as I don't want it to get dusty when not in use. Overall, this is a comfortable height adjustable book stand! Highly recommend.
I got this book stand, not for books but for working on my tablet. I have a keyboard case and I thought this would be nice to get the screen up to eye level when I’m sitting on the couch. I like everything about the stand except for that bar across the bottom which is meant to keep the book from sliding down.

I ordered this adjustable pillow book stand mainly because I love coloring on my 11" tablet while watching TV in the evenings. This adjustable pillow book stand works great for my tablet. It is so convenient to have when sitting on the couch or when in bed. It came with a tool to loosen or tighten the bolts when needed. It’s nice it has some storage also. I enjoy how adjustable it is as well. This is a very helpful stand to have.

I love this! My hand and arm would get tired holding up whatever book I would be reading (especially large books), but this makes reading hands free (for the most part). The page clips won’t hold the pages down on a very large book though. I estimate each clip can hold down at most around 500 pages (pictured is a book over 1,000 pages). But the book still remains stable and opened to the right page with just one clip in place, and in some instances, with no clips. Even if I had to hold the page open with my fingers, that’s still 100% better than having to hold the book as well.
This is very adjustable and the metal arms that can hold a book in place are nice. It’s also pretty comfortable to set on your lap. The drawback is that the pillow part is pretty rounded and therefore kind of unstable. It tips and even rolls off of the bed very easily. I’m hoping that with more use it will flatten out a bit- otherwise I’ll be using it for books only and not my tablet or phone.

For me, this pillow stand has dramatically reduced the difficulty that I have experienced when trying to read a book in bed. It is rather simple in design, a small surface area attached to an adjustable tilting mechanism, which is in turn attached to a pillow. The pillow (“beanbag type” in nature) is sufficiently comfortable that it does not bother me while resting on my belly for extended periods of time.
This is the most comfortable lap stand I’ve ever used. Things to know: 1. Very lightweight feeling when on my lap even with the tablet. 2. Well made, solid hinges and nice surface for books/tablet. 3. Arms to hold book pages are well made and fold down out of the way when not in use. 4. Desk is multi adjustable. In addition to it lifting from the back to angle there are hinges on the front that also lift to get more height if needed. Unlike some stands with one open position, this one allows you unlimited options. 5. Beanbag section can be removed if you want to set it flat on the bed or just spot clean. 6. Has a small storage area which is handy for small things you like to keep nearby. A must have if you read or use a tablet frequently!

I really like this book stand. It can also be used as an iPad stand or small laptop/notebook stand. The pillow on the bottom allows for adjustment and the stand itself can be lifted and adjusted to your suitable height. Below is a storage compartment for items you may need. Pens, EarPods, glasses, bookmarks. I've been using for the last couple days and it works wonderfully, it really functions and looks far better than I expected.
