I've only been using this about a week but the difference it's made in the comfort of sitting in my office chair is unbelievable. For me, I had to sit all the way back in my chair for the back support but my feet didn't touch the floor very well and I'd find myself moving closer to the edge of the seat and leaning forward. Now I find my posture is much better - sitting up straighter with my back against the cushion and both feet comfortably on the floor. No back aches at the end of the day. I bought another one to have at home!
I bought this for the first time in 2025 and the cushion is still firm and comfy. It’s really good for desk work and it helps with my terrible posture. Just bought another for the office since I know it will last for years. I’d highly recommend this back rest if you sit for long periods of time for work.
It does give my back enough support in the right places so I do not get up in pain. The size and shape fits well. So glad I purchased this very one. Back pain no more for real! Thanks!
I purchased this for my car. The 1st days it was uncomfortable but I kept using it saying I just needed to adjust. Glad I did. It is the perfect support, sits secure in the seat & works perfectly. I no longer have lower back pain while driving from location to location for work. Has 2 straps to keep it in place, just the right amount of support, not too soft, not too firm. I like it is taller than most for added comfort. Recommend!
Good quality product. The best thing about it is its portability. I haven’t bothered using the straps because it’s too convenient to throw it in the car when you need it there, or take it to a different room, etc.
I am thrilled with this item! It came down to a choice between this one and another, and I am SO happy I chose this one. I could immediately feel the support in my lower back, and the difference is SO notable that I'm honestly blown away by it! I type auto accident reports from home. I sit for roughly 10 to 12 hours a day, taking only short breaks. I am 72. Each time I would arise from my chair and walk, I experienced a great deal of pain in the lower back. This product has changed that! I no longer have the pain when I stand up, when I walk or even when I sleep, which, yes, the pain did persist after I went to bed. I would give this product TEN stars if I could! If you have low (sway) back pain, try it. You won't be disappointed.
This cushion saved my back. I’m a travel agent and sit in a chair 8hrs a day or longer, my back kills me as soon as I sit down. For months I’ve used a heating pad. Last night I used it for the first time. Slight discomfort but tolerable. The best decision I’ve made to buy this.
Even though the chair, my work is ergonomic, I was still getting lower back pain. Once I put this on, it has made a big difference. It does look a little bit awkward But the purpose of it did its job.

Mainly I purchased for office chair, it does what it says ( it give good support to back ) but it occupies little space in chair. Also I used in my car. I drove 4 hrs it was very pleasant and no back pain. It’s very good.
Sitting in my recliner, my abdomen sunk in and decreased my breathing. This cushion opened me up so I could breath better. My oxygen says went from 89-91 to 92. My mind feels more alert, I feel so much better!
This cushion is fantastic. I have so many back issues that finding good seating is very difficult. I have only one chair that I can sit in without pain. My husband now needs it to recover from surgery. In desperation I went looking for a back support cushion( already have braces that fit around the waist but offer no help for the rest of the body). I took a chance on this and am so glad I did. It is perfect for me. I can comfortably sit up straight in a chair and even tried it on another recliner. It worked great on that too. I will be looking for one in a larger size so my husband can use it while gaming. Great product!
I bought a seat cushion to eleviate back pain from driving a car but, it didn't help. I bought this and instantly felt relief. It works great and it's very comfortable. I use it with the seat cushion. The only thing I would change is the material. It's a bit rough on the skin.
This is great for my back. I work in an office and comfort is very important for me. So having adequate back support is what I was looking for. This product is very durable, shapes well to my body, it’s not too small or too big. I like it and highly recommend!
I took a chance on this product; wasn’t sure anything could alleviate my “sitting” back pain, but this certainly did, and I’m thankful. Glad it can be easily moved from sofa/chair to car .

Have an older car without lumbar support i use for commuting. This cushion makes the ride must more enjoyable and i don't hurt after long car rides. Also very easy to use and install. Have been using it about 3 weeks now.
I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but the lower back/lumbar support is really good. It fits the natural curvature of your back super well. Way better than I was expecting. Very comfortable
Found this lumbar support cushion through a friend that had ordered one. When it came, I thought I'd received the wrong item and was afraid to open it. But when I opened the plastic wrap around it, it popped into shape and I really like it. However, I use it turned upside down because I need something that pushes my back up straight and it works very well. Plus, it stands up when I stand up.
Love my support cushion. My desk chair was really too large to support my back. Have always had a little pillow that really didn't work and had to stand it up every timeI got into chair.
This fills up the chair, helps support my back, and have elastic straps to be able to move up or down but I don't need to. Very well made.
This was a good purchase. I have chronic low back pain, worse if I lean back in a chair. For years I was using decorative pillows on straight back chairs that kept falling off the chairs. I finally decided to buy a pillow that straps to chairs. This works well. The width is just right, and the material is comfortable. I am thinking of buying a few more to have around the house.
Yes, yes, yes!!! I was about to go out and buy a new chair. Then I saw this lumbar support pillow and thought one last chance to help my back pain. When it arrived, it was rolled up in plastic. I thought ugh! This is going back. I decided to give it a try. After the 24 hour wait period for it to de- foam, I put it in my chair. Honest guys, no frills, I am not being paid, just letting you know, as I sat there with the pillow in my chair, I DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE PAIN. I don't know what it does, but it definitely adds comfort to my lower back where my pain is excruciating. I'm no ortho doctor, but this is a great support!

It's the back support cushion, just right! I was looking for additional back support as I made a few long drives up and down CA. This product did the trick. Not too big or bulky; it supports my back without forcing me to make crazy adjustments to my seat position. I like it so much it's staying put permanently. I whole heartedly recommend!
